Guidelines for the Withdrawal of 2019 Spring Semester Course(s)

수강과목을 철회하고자 하는 학생들은 수강과목철회신청서를 작성한 후 해당과목 담당교수 날인을 받아 정해진 기간 안에 대학원 교학팀에 제출하시기 바랍니다. (Students who wish to withdraw courses should complete the withdrawal application form signed by the applicant, and the course instructors and submit the form to the Graduate School administration office within the application period.)

1. 신청서는 붙임의 양식 사용
Use the attached withdrawal application form

2. 접수 기간: 2019. 4. 3.(수)∼2019. 4. 5.(금) 16:00
Application Period: April. 3(Wed.)~April. 5(Fri.), 2019

3. 접수 장소: 대학원 교학팀 (스팀슨관 2층)
Place of Submission: Graduate School Office, 2F, Stimson Hall)

4. 신청시 유의사항 (Remarks)
1) 교과목 담당교수 확인서명이 반드시 필요합니다.
Signatures of the course instructors are required.
2) 수강과목 철회 후 다른 과목으로 대체 수강신청 할 수 없으며, 신청과목이  최소  1과목 이상 남아 있어야 합니다.
At least one course needs to remain registered after the withdrawal. In addition, a withdrawn course is not  replaceable by another class.

3) 철회한 과목은 성적평가에서 제외되며, 성적표 상에는 ＂W＂(Withdraw)로 기재됩니다. 철회한 교과목을 재수강하더라도  기록은 삭제되지 않습니다.
Although a withdrawn class has no effect on the GPA, 'W' (withdrawal) will appear as a remark for every withdrawn class in the official transcript. 'W' will still be reflected even if you retake the class.

4) 철회하고자 하는 과목의 과목 종별 및 학정번호를 잘못 기재할 경우, 철회되지 않거나 다른 과목이 철회될 수 있으므로 정확하게  기재하시기 바랍니다.
Please ensure that you have written the course code correctly.

5) 수강철회 승인여부를 접수 10일 후부터 학사포탈시스템에서 확인하시기 바랍니다.

학사포탈 > 교과/수강 > 수강신청내역 > 신청 교과목에 “철회(W)”표시됨
Please confirm the record of the course withdrawal at the Yonsei portal site.
